Aspies_Teen_Chat_comments = Hi! I'm Sterling! I'm 16 years old. I'm a dude from Washington state. I look like I'm old, I sound like I'm 30, but I feel like I'm 8. I'm a complete manchild...and also a nerd.
I'm an artist/track athlete. I love to draw, watch/review cartoons, collect plushes, run, write and play video games. I want to become an animator when I grow up so my grades have been great! I literally study comedy, and have drawn/written comics that have made adults crack up laughing.
I grew up a lot with shows like SpongeBob, Danny Phantom, The Fairly Oddparents Hey Arnold!, Rocko's Modern Life, Billy & Mandy, Ed Edd N Eddy, The Simpsons, Family Guy, South Park and like a million others.
I even like obscure cartoons like Duckman, and Home Movies.
I even like newer generation cartoons like Adventure Time, Regular Show, Gravity Falls, etc.
My favorite (somewhat) animated film would have to be Who Framed Roger Rabbit.
I like platform games, like Sonic, Mario, Rayman, Pac-man, Kirby, Freedom Planet, Crash Bandicoot, Ratchet & Clank, Sly Cooper, and GOOD licensed games like Battle For Bikini Bottom.
I collect plushes, (I know that's cringey af), I keep all of my childhood things because really...it's the only thing that nostalgically reminds me of a tims when I was innocent. :/
But some of my merchandise is extremely rare and worth a lot of money. I have a couple of rare mario and sonic plushes.
I apologize if it sounds like I'm bragging in this section but, I have plenty of friends at school, and to a lot of women I've been considered "cute". But I don't just go out with any type of person. Unlike every other teenager in existence, I focus STRICTLY on personality rather than looks.
Recently I got out of a really well...let's just say complicated relationship with a chick, and I've been struggling with family issues...I don't think I've ever truly met someone with common interests that really understands me fully and I believe that these bizarre interests are caused by my disorder.
Or it could be because I'm into "childish things" lmao! (Shockingly nobody's ever made fun of me for it) But in my opinion, why not just be child while it lasts? I only got a few more years of High School left until I'm off into the real world. Why not still stay a kid while it lasts? I'm not paying taxes or bills just yet!
I'm sorry about this being paragraphs long (Again I love writing. I write A LOT).

I will say I'm very shy, and sometimes I do get anxiety depending on certain situations (I most likely have depression) but I can get comfortable and feel confident texting when I need to.
