Aspies_Teen_Chat_comments = Hi Im a 14 year old boy and I have Aspergers, ADHD, social anxiety and depression. Im going to be anonymous for now. hopefully Ill meet some people and make some friends. Its pretty hard for me to socialize because I have some unusual (and sometimes taboo) interests and opinions, dont pick up on social cues, get into a lot of arguments and generally dont know what Im doing. Sometimes Ive tried to pretend to be normal but once I get comfortable enough around someone to be myself I often loose friends.

Im interested in video games (Skyrim, Oblivion, Minecraft, I plan on getting and playing a bunch more games soon), philosophy/politics, animated comedies (family guy, mr pickles, etc), animals and nature, neuroscience and some other stuff.

Aspies_Teen_Chat_comments = I needed to find a way for my son to socialize, besides GTA5.  He's been asking me how to make friends and it's a bit difficult for me to explain the entire social aspect of how most people are.  I'm going to let him know about this and maybe he'll be able to find some people that are a lot like him, high functioning, but not always getting social cues :)
